Fermentation – pilot plant

VUAB Pharma offers opportunities for cooperation in the field of fermentation. Our pilot plant is equipped with the following reactors:

MBR 30 – 30 liters capacity, the possibility of sterilizing of the broth, manual control of aeration, temperature and pressure, stirring, additions of acids / alkalis, defoaming

B Braun 300 – volume of 300 liters, automatic regulation and excess aeration, mixing, automatic temperature maintenance, additions of acids / alkalines, defoaming.

Chepos 120 – 2 pc volume of 120 liters, mixing unregulated (only on / off) unit to maintain the temperature, the possibility of sterilizing broth.

It is not possible to produce a cytostatic and beta-lactam (penicillin) antibiotics.
