Fermentation & pilot plant
VUAB Pharma offers cooperation opportunities in the field of fermentation. Our pilot plant is equipped with the following fermenters:
MBR 30 – volume 30 liters, possibility of sterilizing the medium, manual regulation of aeration and overpressure, mixing, automatic temperature maintenance, acid/alkali dosing, defoaming
B Braun 300 – volume 300 liters, automatic regulation of aeration and overpressure, mixing, automatic temperature maintenance, acid/alkali dosing, defoaming.
Chepos 120 – 2 units, volume 120 liters each, mixing is non-regulated (only on/off), temperature maintenance unit, possibility of sterilizing the medium.
It is not possible to manufacture cytostatics or beta-lactam (penicillin) antibiotics here.
